Gitathuro
The one-half kilometer square village of Gitathuro is home to about 20,000 people, mostly from the Luo and Luhya of western Kenya and the Kikuyu of central Kenya. They work in small businesses and as jua kali (itinerant) artisans and live in tin houses.
While there is no Post Test club in this area, some people who are living with HIV/AIDS attend the club in Kosovo.
Community Health Evangelism goals include projects to improve sanitation and to promote spiritual growth. The local committee is in the training stage.
