CMF has been a major force in missions for more than 60 years. We have a track record of transforming lives and communities around the world.

We know how to prepare missionaries for their work.

All applicants receive spiritual, physical, and educational assessments, plus help in choosing their roles and fields. Recruits are coached in raising prayer and financial support and other preparations for the field. Once a missionary is on the field, we help him maintain close partnerships with supporters.

We work in teams.

We place a high value on teamwork. A team provides accountability, continuity, encouragement, and fellowship. Nearly all CMF missionaries are members of a field team.

We offer a world of opportunities.

Our missionaries work in a wide variety of countries, using different approaches and strategies, and for varying lengths of time. You can sign up for as little as three months to a full four-year term, and beyond! Missionaries also come from many different backgrounds with different skills. We have accountants, artists, business people, engineers, and teachers who have stepped into our unique opportunities.

We provide logistical support.

The Missions Service Center team in Indianapolis, IN, assists each missionary with financial services, church resources, ongoing recruiting and field research, and field and furlough logistics. In addition, all CMF members receive attention in the areas of emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical wellness. This includes continuing education, crisis intervention, counseling, retreats, personal development training, and more.

We send our personnel to the field fully funded, covered by health insurance, and well prepared for their tasks. No one does it alone!
