We offer a world of opportunities.
Our missionaries work in a wide variety of countries, using different approaches and strategies, and for varying lengths of time. You can sign up for a summer to a lifetime career! Missionaries also come from many different backgrounds with different skills. We have accountants, artists, business leaders, engineers, ministers, teachers, students, and other specialists who have stepped into our unique opportunities.

We place a high value on teamwork.
A field team provides accountability, continuity, encouragement, and fellowship. Our teams are engaged in spiritual and physical transformation through a variety of ministries.

We serve on a variety of fields.
Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, England, Germany, Scotland, Spain, Ukraine, Chile, Mexico, Asia, Central Asia, Indonesia, Thailand

We prepare missionaries for their work.
All missionary applicants receive spiritual, physical, and educational assessments through our Assessment Center, plus help in choosing their roles and fields. Recruits are coached in raising prayer and financial support – as well as other preparations for the field – beginning with intense sessions at Launch. Shorter term applicants receive training and guidance appropriate to the roles they seek to serve in.

We offer several ways to serve in our global ministries.
Missionary – 2 to 4 years and beyond
Missionary Associate – 1 year
Apprentice – 4 to 9 months
REACH Summer Intern – 2 months
Exchange Student – 1 to 2 semesters

We provide support.
We send our personnel to the field fully funded, covered by health insurance, and well prepared for their tasks. The Missions Service Center team in Indianapolis, IN, assists each missionary with financial services, church resources, ongoing recruiting and field research, and field and furlough logistics. Once missionaries are on the field, we also help them maintain partnerships with their supporters. In addition, all CMF members receive attention in the areas of emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical wellness. This includes continuing education, crisis intervention, counseling, retreats, personal development training, and more.
