Bangkok, Thailand

On the Sirindorn International Institute of Technology campus, the Grapevine Student Club opens its doors to Thai students for fun and friendship. The Grapevine is also an evangelistic community – a Globalscope campus ministry. Team members, interns, and exchange students from US universities share the Gospel by spending time with Buddhist Thai students, getting to know them, and letting the students get to know Jesus through their lives.

Mondays and Thursdays, Fun on Campus means games and brownies on campus. SOUPer Tuesday, 6 to 8 p.m., is all about fellowship, featuring a family-style dinner with soup, worship, and an interesting Bible study. On Wednesdays students can bring games, sing songs, scrapbook, learn guitar, cook food, learn art, practice English or photography, etc. Each Sunday, the Grapevine sends students to a poor neighborhood where they teach basic English and play games with children, ages 5 to 18, at a community center. And, there is always time for sports and just to spend time together … always in an effort to point students to Jesus Christ.

Bible Study and a Meal

One of the most important activities at a campus ministry is the weekly Bible study with a meal. This brings the students together into community both physically and spiritually. For $90, provide 1 Bible study with dinner.
