Globalscope Details

Globalscope’s strategy is built around the objective of drawing university students into saving, meaningful relationships with God. A typical CMF international campus ministry includes

  • small group Bible studies
  • leadership training
  • social activities and retreats
  • lots of food!
  • service opportunities and missions focus
  • an open, welcoming, safe campus house
  • a weekly Bible study (usually with dinner) that brings the whole community together for learning and worship.
  • making friends

Campus ministers are the foundation for each Globalscope international campus ministry team. They spend days and nights with university students, pointing them to Christ while having fun. Each team member has a set of responsibilities, as simple as keeping the campus house clean to personally discipling student leaders. Campus ministers learn the local language, observe the culture, engage in appropriate lifestyle in the community, and invest themselves in ministry and in individuals. Ultimately, the vision is to send students off as true, passionate leaders whom God will use throughout their lives to impact their communities, churches, friends, and families for Him.

    • Globalscope campus ministers serve for a minimum of 3 years on a team.

Each Globalscope team is assisted by students from the US, and other countries, who serve as an associate or participate in the Study Abroad program.

    • Campus associates serve for 1 to 2 years as part of the team.
    • Study Abroad students round out the multi-faceted team as they enroll in local universities for 1 or 2 (or perhaps more) semesters.
