Be an Apprentice
An apprentice spends 4 to 9 months gaining real life experience on the mission field while being guided, mentored, and counseled by seasoned missionaries. By the time the apprenticeship is over, you will have a much clearer idea if long-term service is for you and what it might look like.
Steps:
- You must have completed at least your sophomore year of college before starting your apprenticeship. Graduates are welcome too!
- Some previous missions experience is preferred.
- Fill out a preliminary application and send to CMF, PO Box 501020, Indianapolis, IN 46250-6020.
- Be willing to raise your needed support.
- Come with an open heart and a teachable spirit.
