An ancient castle, shopping choices from funky to haute couture, a highly-ranked university, and friendly people are all part of Edinburgh’s charm … a European capital with avenues of influence for the future leaders of the world.

A Globalscope team is preparing for campus ministry to begin in Edinburgh, fall 2012. Our dream is to show students in Scotland that Jesus can be visible in their daily lives right now by way of a community that is loving, accepting, and unified in Christ.

Much like our other campus ministries, the team will find a location for a campus house – a central place for activities and for students to hang out. Free food, Open Mic nights, small groups, service projects, devotions, and friendship will let students explore who Jesus is in a welcoming community. The goal is to introduce non-believers to Jesus, aid in the faith journey of aspiring Christians, and strengthen the walk of committed Christians.
