An old Tanzanian Christian man wept openly for joy as he met
the first Hadzabe Christians ever known. In just six months,
two churches have been planted among this people with a combined
65 converts! Maasai church planters in two villages are reporting
that there are now 100 people in attendance at these churches
with over 50 ready and waiting to be baptized! They’re
waiting for ample water. Unreached people in the remote areas
of northern Tanzania, such as the Hadzabe and Maasai, are hearing
the Gospel for the first time.

Church planters are being trained at the CMF mission center near Arusha. Todd & Tami Carter, Scott & Annelle Price, Gary & Judy Woods, and Ron & Jane Ann Richmond provide instruction in the Bible, Community Health Evangelism, and literacy to prepare families for the church-planting task ahead of them. We thank God for the faithfulness and dedication of our church planters who continue to persevere in their work!
In Arusha, Kendra Stephenson serves the team as the field business administrator.
