Executive Director – Provides strategic direction and vision for all of CMF’s personnel, fields, and programs.
Ann Fulk
Leadership Development Director – Serves as a resource in leadership development with CMF Board, staff, missionaries, and recruits through research, teaching, consulting, and training.
G.L. Brock
Marketplace & Urban Poor Ministries Director – Oversees our holistic ministries that address the needs of the poor living in urban areas of the world, as well as the research and development of business endeavors related to world evangelization.
David Giles
Church Catalyst Ministries Director – Oversees our ministries that advance the Kingdom by empowering and encouraging growth in churches and their leaders, as well as through community transformation.
Naomi Kouns
CMF-Globalscope Director – Oversees our participation in campus ministries around the world.
LeRoy Lawson, PhD
International Consultant – Consults with CMF regarding strategic developments; represents us at various functions; and makes field trips for teaching and leading modules.
Doug Germann
Finance & Development Director – Oversees the management and distribution of funds for CMF and sets the vision for donor development activities.
Dan Leinbaugh
Communication & Technology Director – Oversees the areas of communication and publicity through printed materials, displays, websites, multimedia, and technology.
Steve Palich
Church Partnerships Director – Oversees the ministry of church mobilization including short-term trips, missions education, and strategic partnerships; assists recruits and missionaries with their support-raising and church partnerships
Suzanne Snyder, MD
Member Care Director – Oversees the ministry of member care, the medical and psychological clearance processes for applicants and furloughees, and serves as the staff human resources consultant.

Mobilization Director – Oversees the affiliation and equipping of qualified persons for our diverse ministries.

Pastoral Care Director – Provides pastoral care for CMF personnel and ministries.
