Your Church and AIDS Conference

CMF and FAME (Fellowship of Associates of Medical Evangelism) will co-sponsor the “Your Church and AIDS Conference” on Saturday, May 1. It will be held on the grounds of the Oregon Christian Convention in Turner, Oregon. Main speakers for the one-day event are CMF International Associate Mary Kamau, the Director of Missions of Hope International in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dr. LeRoy Lawson, CMF International Consultant. Workshop speakers will include CMF Executive Director Doug Priest, retired CMF missionary to Kenya Dr. Bob Chapman, FAME Executive Director Rick Wolford, and Dr. Suzie Snyder, CMF missionary to Kenya and Member Care Director.

Please pray for safe travel for all the speakers and attendees, good attendance at the event, and for churches to be encouraged by the conference to develop meaningful ministries for those suffering from HIV/AIDS.
