Experience Missions with a REACH Summer Internship!

For over thirty years, CMF has been sending teams of young adults to serve for 8 weeks each summer alongside long-term CMF ministries. Through a mentored and guided experience, interns are given the opportunity to come and learn about missions in a hands-on context. Interns are trained before they serve and are given space to process their experience and what God might be calling them to next after returning from the field.

We have unique service opportunities for people with interests or skills in ministry, nursing, community health, campus ministry, social work, business, agriculture, children and youth ministry, music, media and more!  Join an intern team and spend a summer with us helping transform the world by connecting with God's mission!

Interns in Western Kenya experienced holistic ministries and church planting.

Here are the opportunities available in summer 2025:

• Brisbane, Australia - Serve at The Garden campus ministry in Australia and connect with students through a range of weekly events, such as Tuesday Night gatherings, Thursday free lunches, and various campus outreach activities.
• Paraiba, Brazil - Experience holistic ministry through soccer outreach, teaching English to at-risk youth, and Community Health Evangelism (CHE) ministry through a local community center called Missão Ágape.
• Gloucester, England - Partner with Gloucester Vineyard ministries, be a part of community-based outreach like Christians Against Poverty and Street Pastors and walk alongside church planters in a young church plant in the city.
• Tübingen, Germany - Be immersed in a diverse community and help host various events and community spaces at our Unterwegs campus ministry, including weekly free meals, a Café English, small Bible study groups and service projects with local charities.
• Eldoret/Nairobi, Kenya – Get a rich, hands-on experience in cross-cultural ministry and community engagement through hands-on ministry, teaching ESL, contributing to the local community's educational development and supporting local microbusinesses.
• Nairobi, Kenya - Through our partnership with Missions of Hope International, you will serve students, their families and entire communities through hands-on ministry in social work, teaching, sewing, cooking, preaching and teaching, medical missions, and microfinance.
• Turkana, Kenya – Immerse yourself in Kenya’s diverse tribal cultures and serve alongside the church planting team in Kenya, partner with local leaders through community outreach, church planting, Discovery Bible Studies, Disciple Making Movements, water well construction, and other impactful initiatives!
• Mexico City, Mexico - Support holistic community development in urban ministries and work with children, lead VBS, organize day camps, teach English, participate in the worship and praise team, engage in sports ministry, and contribute to outreach efforts.
• Puebla, Mexico - Serve at El Pozo, the Globalscope campus ministry in Mexico and plan events, help with music, cook food, lead small groups, mentor students and more!
• Romania - Through our collaboration with Remember the Children, participate in a sponsorship program for orphaned children, church planting efforts, and support outreach to children in rural villages through the local church.
• South Asia or Southeast Asia - Teach English as a Second Language, lead small group English clubs, facilitate Bible studies, encourage emerging leaders in churches and community projects, or put your education or business interests to work in either of these closed countries.
• Arusha, Tanzania - Share the message of Christ through music and media in worship concerts, worship services, and summer camps through photography, videography, social media development, podcast production, and more!
• Chiang Mai, Thailand - Teach Community Health Evangelism principles to hill tribe people, partner with a local school to teach English and witness anti-human-trafficking work, especially among children and women.
• Bangkok, Thailand - Serve in Grapevine, our dynamic, urban international campus ministry and help lead small groups, use sports for outreach, cook for weekly events, teach and share life with Thai college students.
• Montevideo, Uruguay - Serve at La Ruta, our Globalscope campus ministry in Uruguay and welcome new students, lead small groups, organize weekly faith events, prepare meals for gatherings, mentor students, and more!
• Indianapolis, USA – Serve at our office in areas such as Finance, Partnerships, Donor Development, Communications (Content Creation and Graphic Design) and plug into a local church partner to experience hands-on mentorship in ministry and the local community.
